Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
Can I change or return my item?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
