Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for:

• Items returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

• Orders that arrive damaged or defective (with proof provided).

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
