Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:

• Large or Specialty Items: up to 30 business days

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.

Tracking Orders
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 35 days, please contact us at support@sunlume.co.uk. We’ll help locate the parcel or arrange a suitable resolution.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
Email support@sunlume.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please include clear photos if your item is damaged or faulty. Our team will provide instructions for sending your item back.
